
GLOBAL CITY IMPACT UNIVERSITY NOW IN ABA, SET TO EMPOWERS 3,000 NEW STUDENTS









2022 ABIA YOUTH EMPOWERMENT CENTER GROUNDBREAKING AND ORIENTATION
In the program, The commissioner for youths, Barr. Charles Esonu represented Gov. Okezie ikpeazu. In an interview granted at the GCIU 2022 youth empowerment center groundbreaking and orientation, said the State Government is desirous of encouraging youth development, stating that it will continue to support initiatives that will engage the youths positively.
Further explaining that if the time frame is not enough to achieve certain things, the incoming governor will take it up from where his predecessor stopped; giving full assurance to that effect.
The President and founder of G factor initiative: Coach G David Odeta present in his interview stated that the project is an initiative of the global city impact foundation in Alaska; in partnership with the G-Factor to bring this transformation to Abia state by transforming the youths of Abia state. In his words stated it is” A passion to see a change in our country, city, and state.
Pointing out that the youths are the largest percentage of the population of any community/Nation & if the development of the youths is not prioritized then there will be no future.
Further indicating that Abia state has a lot of potential in it and if developed and harnessed with the like passion seen with his Excellency, would be another China, emphasizing that his Excellency has seen a lot of potential and that is why they are investing: coming in as GLOBAL CITY FOUNDATION to form what the government is doing and make there own contribution or quota to the youths of the city. Promising it would go beyond Abia state to the whole nation of Nigeria.
Indicating that they have a target of scaling above 10,000 youths and above, also pointing out that the basic amenities (Land, infrastructure, security, etc have been provided )

Which would commence almost immediately, aiming to have the first-ever youth camp in February, which wouldn’t be stereotypical, allowing youths to have fun while they learn
With the sole aim of empowering & creating opportunities for youths in and outside of the country.
The Revive Alaska team was also present, being part of the program and primary sponsor of the empowerment program, giving a brief biography of what Revive Alaska is all about “Revive Alaska is a community service in the US in Alaska that helps citizens: spiritually, mentally & physically to deal with homelessness, providing shelter.
An empowerment program for struggling families, middle-class families in America who can’t afford their basic needs; An NGO in America created to aid people to be able to survive recession which has been in existence for over 8 years bringing it down to Abia state to aid same assistance or maybe more.
