DSS REPORTEDLY ARRESTED THE CBN GOVERNOR AFTER BEING SUSPENDED BY TINUBU

Willie Bassey, a director in the office of the secretary to the Government of the federation, announced the CBN Governor’s suspension on Friday night, June 9th,2023, saying it was the plan to reform the financial sector.

Mr Folashodun Adebisi Shonubu has already been appointed as the acting Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria.

It was confirmed that the suspended CBN Governor is in DSS custody, The Economic and Financial Crimes Commissionccccc [EFCC] and many financial regulatory agencies have issued to grind with the embattled Emefiele.
